The type of care that covers the initial period of recovery back at home (approximately six weeks) after a period of hospitalisation is known as Reablement Care.

It is our belief at Amily that a person should receive sound care throughout the recovery procedure, whether it be as a result of an operation or other circumstances. Returning to your home after a long period of time away can be disorienting and challenging without the right support.

Our Carers can provide key support plans perfectly designed and scheduled around you and your needs, which are ultimately to be comfortable and re-acquainted in your own home during your period of convalescence and recovery.
